This card was made using a lovely new set of stamps from Little Claire called Butterfly Tree. The set consists of nine stamps. I love this set of stamps and it's already one of favourites. I made three different cards with this set and I'll be posting each up over the coming days.
To make this card I begun by building up the scene. I stamped the tree first, then added the cat, birdhouse and then the greeting. I coloured the image in with ProMarkers and for the very fine details Whisper pens. I added Stickles to the tree for extra sparkle!
I used a square Kraft card blank for this card. I masked a square in the centre of the card with post-it notes. This was slightly larger than the stamped image. I then stamped the butterfly image, also from the same set, around the edge using my Stampin' Up Crumb Cake ink pad. I attached the stamped image to the card. To finish I added faux stitching.
