Fab 'n' Funky challenge 86

This is my card for this week's Fab 'n' Funky challenge blog. The theme of this week's challenge is "A stitch in time".

I begun by creating the button pattern. For this I used my Button, Button stamp set by Stampin' Up. I stamped the large buttons first and then created masks with post-it notes before stamping the smaller button images. I used Stampin' Up Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink, Rose Pink and Crumb Cake ink pads. I attached a strip of brown ribbon across the patterned panel. I mounted this panel onto a piece of bright pink paper.

I cut a strip of the end of a square card. The piece I cut off I punched with my EKSuccess button punch. I also punched a strip of bright pink paper with the punch. I added a strip of the bright pink paper to the inside edge of the card blank. Onto the strip I added the white button strip of the other end I added the pink button strip. I stamped the greeting in Chocolate Chip.

I stamped the spotty frame in Chocolate Chip ink and punched it out. The frame stamp and punch are by Stampin' Up. I stamped the greeting in the centre of the frame. I added this to the card. To finish I added faux stitching and a pearl.

Simply Stampin' Challenge 20

This is my card for this week's Simply Stampin' blog challenge. The challenge is a colour challenge - Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, Early Espresso & Pacific Point. As I don't have Early Espresso I have used Chocolate Chip instead.

The stamp set I have used for this card is Sweet Summer by Stampin' Up. I stamped each image on white card with Pretty in Pink, Pacific Point and Chocolate Chip ink pad. I used Blender Pens and the ink pads to colour in the image. I punched the bottom edge of the white card panel with my Stampin' Up eyelet punch.

I used my Stampin' Up Tiny Tags stamp set to stamp the greeting in Pacific Point ink pad. I punched it out with the Tag punch. I added this to the white panel with blue ribbon. I cover a card blank with brown card. I added the white panel onto the card.

Winner!

I won last week's challenge at Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge with the card. Yippee! What a lovely surprise it was to log on to see what this week's challenge was but then to find my name at the top as last week's winner.

Good Morning Robin

This card was made using Good Morning Robin and Christmas Sentiment stamps both by Red Gingham Designs. These stamps are exclusively available from Little Claire.

I begun by stamping the main 'Good Morning Robin' image with black Memento ink pad. I used various red shades of ProMakers to colour in just a few elements of the image. I cut a panel of red and white card. I punched one edge with my Stampin' Up Eyelet punch. I covered a card blank with red card. Onto this I added the other panels.

I stamped the sentiment greeting circle in red ink. I added this to the card. I used snowflake Nestabilities to cut the red stars. I also added these to the card. To finish I added red gems and faux stitching.

Rose Arbour

This card was made using Rose Arbour which is Little Claire's August Stamp Club set.

I stamped all the elements and coloured them in with ProMarkers. I mounted the main image and the greeting onto panels of pink card. I cut out the rose design corners and added them to the corners of the pink panels.

I cut a larger panel of white card for the background. I punched the bottom edge with my Stampin' Up eyelet punch. I added a strip of pink ribbon across the white panel. This was then all added to a Kraft card blank. To finish the card I added pink bow, small dots and hat pins.

This is my DT card for Little Claire's monthly blog challenge. The theme of this month's challenge is Wedding/Anniversary.

This is the prize for the winner. A fabulous selection of goodies :

The stamp set I used for the card is Lilies by Little Claire. I begun by stamping the flower image and colouring it in with ProMarkers. I added gold with Sakura pen and Dimension Pearls. I used Nestabilities to cut of the oval and scalloped frame.

I also used the Lilies stamp to create the background paper. I used various coloured inkpads to colour in the lily images. I mounted the background paper onto a panel of dark red card. Across the card I added strips of dark red ribbon. I used Little Claire die to cut of the swirl, butterfly and dots from gold card. To finish I stamped the greeting using RWAV Wedding stamp also by Little Claire.
