Pasty Pixie

This is a card I made for a Friendship Card Swap on the DoCrafts website. The stamp I used for the card is Christy Croll's Pasty Pixie from Stamping Bella.

I begun by stamping the image onto smooth white card with a black Memento ink pad. I coloured in the image with ProMarkers. For highlights I added Glossy Accents and Stickles. I cut out the image and mounted it onto a panel of burgundy card.

I stamped a panel of white card with a small flower stamp from the Tiny Tags stamp set from Stampin'Up. I used Pretty in Pink ink pad also by Stampin' Up. I added strip of white and burgundy card and also burgundy ribbon across the stamped panel. I stamped the greeting tags using stamping again from the Tiny Tag set. I used the Tag punch to punch these out. I attached these to the card. To finish I added faux stitching and brads.

Enchanted Christmas

This is my card for two challenges
Divas by Design challenge blog - Christmas in August
DoCrafts Creativity Club challenge - Last of the Summer wine.

The stamp set I used for the card is Enchanted Christmas by DoCrafts. This was a prize I had won for winner a Creativity Club challenge a few weeks ago.

I begun by stamping the Father Christmas image with black Memento ink pad. I coloured it in with ProMarkers. I added gold and red Stickles to the image. I used Stampin' Up Crumb Cake ink pad and a sponge dauper to distress the edges. I mounted this onto a panel of gold card and a die cut Lacy Square.

I drew a square on a square Kraft card blank. I added gold peel offs around the line. I masked-off the centre square. I stamped the holly design around the edge with Red Cobbler Stampin' Up ink pad. I added a red gem in each corner.

I stamped and coloured in the holly and box corner image. I added this and the main image with foam pads. I used ProMarkers to colour in a silver greeting peel-off which I then added to the card.

Passion for ProMarkers - week 114 challenge

This is my card for this week's Passion for ProMarkers blog challenge. The theme of this weeks challenge was 'no pattern papers', so I stamped a flower background onto my card blank.

The stamp set I used for the card is by Polka Doodles. I begun by stamping the main image using a black Memento ink pad. Each element was stamped individually to build up the complete image. I coloured in the image with ProMarkers. I added highlights with gold Stickles and Sakura pens. I added this panel into strips of pink and white card. The white card was punched top and bottom with my Stampin' Up Scalloped punch.

I used the small flower stamps from the set to create the background pattern. I stamped the flowers using my Pretty in Pink ink pad from Stampin' Up. I added the central panel to the card. I used my Cricut to cut the wording from Kraft card. To the bottom corners I added beige Candi with foam pads. To finish I added faux stitching.
