Baby Boy


This is my card for this week's  Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. This theme is 'new beginnings'. I begun by stamping the main image. The stamp I used is from the Fizzy Moon range. I coloured the image with ProMarkers and added some Stickles for sparkle. I cut this out using a Square, and the frame with a Lacey Square, Nestabilities.


 For the background I cut a square of gingham paper.  I attached this to a square card blank. In the corners I added punched photo frame corners. Across the card I added a strip of blue card with I had punched the edge with a scalloped punch. I used X-Cut star dies to cut the star shapes.

To finish the card I added faux stitching and a greeting tag with a bow.

Mr Fixit



This is my card for this week's Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. The theme is "On all 4's".

The stamp I used for my card is Mr Fixit by Lili of the Valley. I begun my stamping the image with a black Memento ink pad. I coloured it in with ProMarkers. I added Glossy Accents to the noses.



I used a selection of patterned paper for the background which I added to a square card blank. I mounted the coloured image onto a panel of green card before adding to the card. To finish I added a circle greeting and Card Candi from Craftwork Cards, and my favourite faux stitching.

Decopatch butterfly



This is a decopatch butterfly I have made. It's the first time I have tried Decopatch and I really enjoy decorating the butterfly. It came together quickly and I'm very pleased with the finished butterfly. I bought the kit from The Decopatch Place.

I am entering my butterfly into this week's Fab 'n' Funky challenge blog. The theme is 'try something new'.



I cut the patterned papers into small square and rectangles. I added these onto the butterfly shape using the supplied glue.

Love is in the air



This is my card for the following challenges:

The theme for all the challenges is 'Love is in the air'



The stamp I used for the card is 'Love Growns' by Lili of the Valley. I stamped the image with a black Memento ink pad and coloured it in with ProMarkers. I cut out the image and the frames with Lacey Circles Nestabilities. I cover a square card blank with a square of red card and heart patterned paper.



I cut the flower border and single flowers using a Memory Box Die - Catalina Border, and added these and the image to the card. I stamped and punched out the greeting tags using Stampin' Up Tiny Tags stamps and punch. I attached these to the card and added a red bow and gem. To finish I added Stickles and red and white dots.

Butterflies



This is my card for the I love ProMarkers blog challenge. The theme is 'purple and pink' and for Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. The theme is from an inspiration photo.

I begun by stamping the butterflies with a black Memento ink pad. The stamp I used is Butterfly from Little Claire. I coloured them in with ProMarkers. I added sparkle with diamond Stickles. I cut round each butterfly.

I cut a panel of blue and green card. On the blue panel I added a strip of brown ribbon to the top corner. Onto these I added the lattice panel and another strip of ribbon. The lattice was cut from kraft card using a Spellbinder Decorative Lace Border die. I added these onto a scalloped card blank. I used a punch to cut the cream flowers. I added these to the card along with the butterflies. To finish I added gold Dimension Pearls to the centre of the flowers, gems, a bow and tag. The tag is also from Little Claire.

Little Claire Monthly Challenge 16 - DT card



This is my DT card for Little Claire Monthly Challenge # 16. The theme is 'Family Christmas'.

The stamp I used for the main image was The Robin & The Ivy by Red Gingham Designs which is available from Little Claire.



I begun by stamping the image with black Memento ink pad. I coloured in the image with ProMarkers. I cut the image out and mounted it onto a panel of silver card. For the background frames I die cut them from silver card and patterned paper using Nestabilities.



I covered a square card with silver card and patterned paper. Onto this I added the coloured image. I stamped the circle sentiment with a dark green ink pad. The sentiment stamp I used Red Gingham - Christmas Text. I mounted this onto two circles cut with Nestabilities Lacey Circles. To finish the card I added Stickles, small white snowflakes and gems.

Winter Aga



For this card I used Little Claire Stamp Club set for December - 'Winter Aga'.

I am entering my card into this week's Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. The theme is 'anything goes'.

I begun by stamping the aga image with a black Memento ink pad. I coloured in the image with ProMarkers.



I covered a card blank with pink spotty paper. Onto this I added a strip of white card which I had punched the long edges with my Stampin' Up eyelet punch. Onto this I added pink gingham paper and the coloured image. I stamped and coloured addition bunting which I cut out and added to the card. To finish I stamped the circle sentiment which I mounted onto a Kraft Lacey Circle which was cut using Nestabilities. I then added to the card.

Golden Wedding Anniversary



This is my card for this week's Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. The theme is "All white on the night!" - use white as the main focal colour and then using one other accent colour only.

I begun by cutting the flower petals from white card and larger background petals and leaves from gold card. These were cut using Spellbinders 'Rose Creations' cutting dies. I attached the petal layers together with a little pva glue and a gold brad. I added the lines on with leaves with an embossing tool.



I covered a square card blank with gold card. Onto this I added a embossed square of white card. I used my 'True Love' All-in-one embossing folders. The centre strip was also die cut using a Spellbinders Heartfelt Creations 'Decorative Lace Border' cutting die.



I used Nestabilities to cut the centre frame and greeting panel. The greeting is peel-offs. The frame and flowers were added to the card blank with foam pads.

Grapes and wine



This is my card for the following challenges
I love ProMarkers blog challenge - Autumnal Colours
Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge - Crazy for colour

The stamp set I used for this card is 'Artistic Grapes' by Hero Arts. I stamped the grapes and wine bottle on a rectangle of smooth white card with a Memento ink pad. I coloured in the image with ProMarkers.



I drew two smaller rectangles inside the card panel. I then cut away the centre part and also around the edge leaving a frame. On the frame I drew two rectangles. I masked the outside edges of the frame with post-it notes. Inside the frame I stamped the leaf image. I also stamped the leave image on a kraft card blank. I used a Chocolate Chip ink pad from Stampin' Up.



I mounted the image panel onto a brown card panel. I added brads to the corners. This was then added to the card blank. I used silver peel-offs for the greeting.

Festive baubles



This is my card for this week's Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. The theme was 'Die cut or punches', so for my card I have used a range of Stampin' Up punches.



I begun by stamping the baubles. The stamp I used is from a set called Christmas Contempo. This ink pads I used were So Saffron, Cherry Cobbler and Pear Pizzazz. Once the image was stamped I used Ornament punch to punch them out. I stamped the flower image with a white craft ink pad onto dark red card. The flower stamp is from Punch Potpourri stamp set. I punched these out with Boho Blossoms punch. I also punched the branches using Two-Step bird punch.



On a kraft card blank I added a square of white card. In three corner I added a brown card photo corner punched with a Photo Corner punch. I stamped the greeting using white craft ink pad onto a label punched with Decorative Label punch. The greeting is from Contempo Christmas stamp set. I added a flower to the Label.

To finish the card I added faux stitching, gold lines to the baubles and gold Dimension Pearls to the centre of the flowers.



The punches, stamps and ink pads used items are all by Stampin' Up.

Fizzy Moon 30th birthday



This is my card for the following challenges:
Passion for ProMarkers blog challenge. The theme is “beary special”.
Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. The theme is "eyes down for bingo". I have chosen to use - Embellishment - Ribbon - Die cuts.

The stamp I used for the card is Fizzy Moon's Little Messages. I stamped it with a black Memento ink pad and coloured it in with ProMarkers. I stamped the signs posts again and added then with foam pads. I used blue peel-offs for the greeting and age. I cut this and the frame out with Nestabilities.



For the background I used panels of dark blue and patterned paper. I added the main image to the panels. I threaded white ribbon through the holes on the left side of the main image's frame. I secured this with brads. I also added ribbon to the right hand edges. This was them all added to a square card blank. To finish I added blue and white dots.

Fab 'n' Funky challenge 85



This is my card for this week's Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. The theme is, 'It's Christmas'. The image stamp and sentiment stamp are both from Little Claire's new Christmas range.

I begun by stamping 'The Robin and the Ivy' image. I coloured it in with ProMarkers. I added Stickles to the image. I mounted this onto panels of red and black card. I cut a silver frame using Lacy Square Nestabilities. I added faux stitching around the edge.



I stamped the greeting stamp in black and added it to a Lacy Circle which was cut with Nestabilities.

I used snowflakes Nestabilities to die cut all the snowflakes for the background. I added them onto a scalloped square card blank. Onto this I added the image and the greeting.

Friendship Card



This is a card I made for a Friendship Card swap. I am also entering this card into this week's Fab 'n' Funky challenges.

I begun by stamping the image. The stamp is Milly Flower Power by Lili of the Valley. I added highlights with Sakura pens. I mounted this onto a panel of pink card.



On a card blank I added panels of pattern paper and pink card. I added two of the panels with yellow brads. I punched a strip of white card. Onto this I added pattern paper and ribbon. I attached this across the card.I tied a small piece of the same ribbon on the the ribbon strip. To finish I added faux stitching and a flower shaped greeting from Craftwork Cards.

Fab 'n' Funky challenge 74



This is my card for this week's Fab 'n' Funky blog challenge. The theme of this week's challenge was "Let's all go "Cute and Cuddly"!".



I begun by stamping the four 'Wild Ones' images with a black Memento ink pad. I coloured in the images with ProMarkers. I cut out each image and also a co-ordinating square of colour card. I cut a large square of brown card for the main background and added this to a square card blank. I attached the four colour square and then onto this the four image square. I added faux stitching to the card. To finish I added a circle greeting from Craftwork Cards and four co-ordinating buttons.

Fab 'n' Funky challenge 73



This is my card for this week's Fab 'n' Funky challenge blog. The theme of this week's challenge was make your own blooms. To make my blooms I used Spellbinders Nestabilities Rose Creations cutting dies.

I begun my cutting out all the red flower layers using the cutting dies. I used the same set of dies to cut out the leaves. I then used Cuttlebug swirl and Swiss dots embossing folders to emboss the flowers. The brown swirls were cut using Little Claire's swirl cutting die.



For the background I cut a panel of red and white card. I used my Stampin' Up eyelet punch to punch the bottom edge of the white card. I added the flower blooms to the card panel with brads. I punched the butterfly shape in red card and vellum with my Stampin' Up butterfly punch. I added brown Dimension Pearls for the butterfly's body. To finish the card I added a strip of ribbon and tiny greeting tags. The tag stamp I used and the punch are bu Stampin' Up.

Buttons and bows



This is my card for two challenges.

Fab 'n' Funky challenge blog and my second entry for this week's Simply Stampin' challenge blog.

The theme for both challenges is 'Buttons and Bows'.

I begun by creating the button background paper. The base paper I used was 'confetti white'. I used the new Stampin' Up 'Button, Button' stamp set. I stamped the large buttons first and then masked theses with post-it notes. I then stamped the smaller buttons. I used So Saffron, Pear Pizzazz and Crumb Cake Stampin' Up ink pads.



To the top corner of the patterned paper I added a strip of Baja Breeze Seam binding ribbon. Onto this I added a bow, tied with the same ribbon, with a brad. I mounted this onto a Kraft card blank.



I punched four corners using Stampin' Up photo corner punch. For the greeting frame I used the label stamp from the new Stampin' Up 'Baby Blossoms' stamp set. I stamped the frame and the greeting in Chocolate Chip.

To finish I added faux stitching with a white pen and two stamp buttons to the greeting label with foam pads.

Fab 'n' Funky challenge 71



This is my card for this week's Fab 'n' Funky challenge blog. The theme of the challenge is 'Put those papers away!'. I've not entered this challenge before but I fancied giving it a try.

Instead of using pre-printed papers I have used embossed paper. I begun by embossing a square of white card with a Cuttlebug embossing folder. I mounted this onto a panels of silver card.

I used Spellbinders Nestabilities Rose Creations cutting dies to create the three flowers. I added this to the embossed panel with diamond gem brads.



I added a strip of ribbon across the embossed panel. For the greeting I started by stamped the wording with a VersaMark ink pad. I used silver WOW embossing powder to heat emboss the wording.

I added a layer of silver and white card onto a square card blank. Onto this I then added embossed panel section. To finish I added a ribbon bow.
