Canal Scene

The new Little Claire Stamp Club set for December is Canal Scene. It's a lovely set of four image stamps and two sentiment stamps.

 

These are two cards I have made using the set.

 

For my first card I stamped the images with a Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad. I coloured the images with ProMarkers. I stamped and coloured the swan image separately and added it with foam pads to the card. I added Glossy Accents to the water areas.

 

For my second card I used one of the sentiments stamps and the milk churn stamp. For the stamped flower pattern edges I used the flower section only of the milk churn stamp. I stamped and coloured the milk churn image separately again and added it with foam pads.

Little Claire blog challenge

A new monthly challenge starts today on Little Claire's blog. The theme of the challenge is Christmas. This is my DT card for the challenge.

 

I used Little Claire's Snowman Bunting stamp for my card. The sentiment is also included in the set. I used Distress inks to create the blue sky background. I added torn strips of paper for the snow drifts. I stamped the snowman with a Memento ink pad and coloured with ProMarkers and Copics. I cut him out and attached him to the card. To finish I added snowflakes and Stickles.

Swirlball Flowers

It's the start of a new month so it's time for a new Stamp Club set from Little Claire. This month's set is Swirlball Flowers. The set includes lovely image and sentiment stamps.

 

These are two card I made with the set.

 

For my first card I used the large rectangle flower and butterfly stamp. I stamped it four times onto a square of white card with a Memento ink pad. I coloured the image with Copics.  I mounted this onto a square card which I coloured tinted with Distress Ink. I stamped the sentiment onto a diecut circle of white card. I also stamped and cut out two single butterflies. To finish I added Stickles and blue Dimension Pearls.

 

For my second card I stamped the single flowerhead all over a card blank. Onto this I added a rectangle of pink card. I stamped the large flower image onto a rectangle of white card. I coloured this with Copics.

New Little Claire monthly challenge and competition

Feed the Birds

The start of a new month means a new monthly Stamp Club set from Little Claire. This month's set is Feed the Birds. The set contains three image stamps and two sentiments.

 

These are two cards I made with the new stamp set. My first card I used a vintage colour scheme and design. I stamped the image with a brown Memento ink pad. I distress the edges of the card and image panel with Distress inks

 

 

For my second card I stamped the wording and border with a Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad. I coloured the stamped border with ProMarkers. I mounted the coloured panel onto squares of gold and dark green card.

New stamps from Little Claire

This week Little Claire have launched two lovely set stamp sets Manphabet and Christmas Postcards.

My first card used the Manphabet set. The tag card blank is also from Little Claire. I sed ProMarkers to coloured the stamped letters.

 

I also used the letter stamps to stamp over the background of each panel. The Red Dot paper and White Dot paper I sed for mounts are also all from Little Claire.

The second new stamp set Christmas Postcards is launched today. This is a card I have made using the new stamps. 

 

The Snowman Bunting stamp, Red Dot paper and White Dot paper are also all from Little Claire. The Snowman stamp was coloured with ProMarkers. I added various Stickles to the bunting for extra sparkle. I stamped the Christmas Postcards with Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto smooth white card before cutting them out and attaching them to the card.

New Little Claire blog challenge

A new challenge starts today on Little Claire's blog. The theme is Holidays. This is my DT card for the challenge. The stamp set I used is Little Claire's Seascape.

 

 

I stamped the scene using a Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad onto smooth white card. I coloured the image with ProMarkers. I mounted the coloured scene onto square of black and red card before adding to a square card blank.

Swirly Whirly flowers

 

For my tag cards I used the new Swirly Whirly flowers stamp launched today by Little Claire.

 

I coloured directly onto the stamp with brush pens, then stamped on the white tag card. The white Tag Cards and peel-offs are also available from Little Claire.

Tea Party

 

 Start on a new month means a new Stamp Club set from Little Claire. This month's set is the lovely Tea Party. The set includes six image stamps and five greeting stamps. Pop over to the Little Claire website for more details.

Festive Little Claire

I have a selection of cards to share with you today using the new range of Christmas stamps from Little Claire.

 

My first card using the cute Stocking Owls stamp.

 

 

I stamped the cute owl image using a Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad. I kept to a simple white, black and turquoise colour scheme. I mounted the coloured image onto square of white and turquoise card. The sentiment is a peel off also from Little Claire. I drew the scalloped and dot border with a fine liner.

 

 

My second card also uses the new Stocking Owls stamp. I coloured the stamped image with ProMarkers before cutting it into three sections. I attached the three panels onto red card before adding glitter, ribbon, snowflakes and sentiment.

 

My third card uses the new Joy, Hope and Wonder stamp. The cat and wording are included in the set. I stamped the cats with a London Fog Memento ink pad. The bauble is a red Card Candi which I have added red Stickles to.

 

My next card uses the new We 3 Ships stamp set. The circle sentiment is also included in the set. I have used a nautical blue colour scheme. I added a hint of yellow for the stars.

 

My next card uses the fun Snowman Bunting.

 

I added different coloured Stickles to the bunting to get a sparkly colourful finish. I also added Glossy Accents to his carrot nose. I attached the coloured image and various shared panels to a shaped card blank. To finish I added snowflakes and a sentiment.

 

My final card uses the lovely Robin and Snowdrop stamp. I have used the robin take to create the patterned background.

 

For this I stamped the robin with a dark brown ink pad. For the coloured centre panel I stamped the robin image twice and cut one out which I added to the card with foam pads. The tiny tag was made from white card and a Little Claire peel off.

Little Claire blog challenge - DT card

This is my DT card for this month's Little Claire blog challenge. The theme of this month's challenge is Male.

 

This month's prize is three die cut sheets, one pack of 20 mini Kraft cards and envelopes and five brand new 'Dinky' image stamps.

 

 

The stamp I used for my card is Little Claire's Cherish, Hope, Dream. 

 

 

I distress the edges with Old Paper and Frayed Burlap Distress ink pads and a distressing tool. I also distressed the edges further with scissors. I stamped the main image either side of the centre with a Walnut Strain Distress ink pad.

 

I stamped a butterfly seperatly and cut it out before adding it to the card. I added gold Dimension Pearls to the body.

 

My second embellishment was create with bronze UTEE and a mold. To finish the card I added white faux stithing.

Butterfly Flourish

The new June Stamp Club set from Little Claire is the lovely Butterfly Flourish. The stamp set includes includes four image stamps and one beautiful greeting stamp.

 

These are two card made with the stamp set.

 

For my first card, I started by drawing a square in pencil onto smooth white card. I stamped the flowers and dragonfly images and coloured them with ProMarkers. I cut around the square but where the stamped image went over the edge of the pencil square I cut around the lines.

 

 I mounted this onto a panel of brown and pink card. To finish I added Glossy Accents to the centre of the dragonflies and small black dots around the edges.

 

For my second card I stamped the sentiment and the other flower design from the set all-around the edge of a shaped card. I coloured this this fineliner pens.

 

 

I stamped the butterfly on a separate piece of smooth white paper. I coloured the butterfly with ProMarkers. I cut the butterfly out and added it to the card. I only added glue to the body section. To finish I added Glossy Accents to the centre of the butterfly.
