Warren ATCs

 

These are two ATCs I have made for Julie Cassidy's ATCs swap. The theme of this month's challenge is Easter.

 

I used Warren Rabbit stamps from Craftwork Cards for the mian image. I stamped the image with a Tuxedo Black ink pad and coloured the stamped image with Copics.

 

I also added Glossy Accents and Stickles to the coloured images. I covered two cards with gingham paper from Craftwork Cards. I attached the coloured images. To finish I added faux stitching with a black fineliner.

Yummy cupcakes!

 

 

This is my card for Lisa B. Design March blog challenge. The theme is Yellow and Orange.

 

The stamp set I have used for the card is Cakes from Hobby Art.

 

I begun by stamping the yummy cupcakes. I stamped the middle cupcake first and then stamped it again on a post-it note to create a mask. I cut out the mask and placed it over the first cupcake. I then stamped the cupcakes either side. I coloured the image with a range of yellow and orange ProMarkers.

 

 

I cut out the coloured image into a square shape and punched the bottom edge with a Stampin'Up eyelet punch. I mounted this onto a square of orange card. I stamped the Cakes sentiment from the stamp set and coloured it it. I cut it out with a X-Cut label die and thread ribbon through the holes before adding to the squares.

 

I added the square to the card. I stamped two more butterflies which I cut out and added to the card. To finish I added faux stitching, Stickles and brown Cosmic Shimmer to the butterflies bodies.

The lovely Tulip Cat stamp from Little Claire has been chosen as Pick of the month by Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine issue 116.

Also the Swirly Whirlies Owl Family stamp has been chosen as runner up for the Best Stamp of the Year too.

Fancy shoe

 

This is a 30th birthday card I have made. The shoe image is a digi stamp from Just Inklined and is called Fashion Shoe.

 

I printed the image onto white card. I cut this into a square before punching the bottom of the panel and then embossing it. The punch I used for the bottom edge is Stampin'Up eyelet punch. The embossing folder I used was Tied Together from Creative Expressions.

 

 

I then printed the shoe image three more times onto white card. I coloured the images with ProMarkers before cutting out sections and adding them to the first image with foam pads.

 

I added the white panel onto dark and light pink card. Across the panels I added seam ribbon from Stampin'Up. I added a circle sentiment from Craftwork Cards. I used my Cricut to cut of the 30 numbers. To finish I added Stickles and faux pearls.

Little Claire blog challenge - DT card

A new challenge has started this weekend on Little Claire's blog. The theme of the challenge is 'cards with folds'. This is my DT card for the challenge

 

The stamp I used for this card is the lovely new Butterfly Blossom by Little Claire. I used the stamp to stamp the background design using pink ink onto a stepper card blank. I also stamped the design several times onto smooth white card. I coloured the designs with ProMarkers before cutting each element out.

I used a circle sentiment from Little Claire's Sunshine Sentiments stamp set for the greeting. I stamped this, cut it out and mounted onto a circle of brown card cut with Nestabilities Lacey Circles die. I attached the sentiment to the card and then added the cut-out flowers and butterflies. To finish I added Stickles for some added sparkle.

Tags for all seasons

 

These are my tags for the The Artistic Stamper March blog challenge. The theme of the challenge is Tags.

 

I have used the Our House stamp set from The Artistic Stamper to create the row of houses.

 

I cut a strip of smooth white card the same size as the four tags. I stamped the houses with a Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad onto the white card.

 

 

I cut around the top of the house and then cut into four equal pieces. I coloured each section to represent the four season.

I used yellow and bright greens for Spring. For summer I used summery colours like pink, purple and blue. For the Autumn tag I used shades of brown and orange. And lastly for the Winter tag I used a hint of blue but mostly the tag was kept white. I added Stickles and Glossy Accents to all the doors. To finish I tied coloured ribbon to the tags.
