Passion for ProMarkers - week 39 challenge
This is my card for this weeks Passion for ProMarkers challenge.
http://promarkerchallenge.blogspot.com/
The theme of the weeks challenge is "buttons and bows". As you can see I've added two ribbon bows, green buttons top left and red button for the cherries.
The cherry background paper was stamped using Hero Art Cherries stamp. The stamp was smaller than the size I needed so I restamped the edge of the stamp three time to make a strip that was long enough for the bottom of the card.
The cherry image was stamped using Memento ink pad and coloured in with Promakers. I stuck two red buttons over the large cherries. The greeting is a peel-off which I coloured in with a black pen.
The Tilda stamp is Cherry Tilda. She was stamped with Memento ink and coloured in with ProMarkers. I drew around Tilda with an oval nestabilities and mounted her on a scalloped red oval. Across the centre of the card I placed a white strip with I punched a flower edge using Martha Stewart flower punch. I added red stripped ribbon across the middle and to the top of the red oval. To the ribbon strips I attached bows. I tied two green button to the top of the card with linen thread by Stampin' Up.
I like to use square cards and I have done again but this time I used a 8x8 card which is large than normal but I think this design needed a large size card.
