Family Ted

A couple of new cards today using the new Family Ted stamp for Little Claire. I have used the stamp to make two new baby cards.

My first card is a blue baby boy card. I stamped the Family Ted image three times onto smooth white card with a black Memento ink pad. I coloured the images with ProMarkers. I cut out section from two of the coloured images and attached the to one complete image with foam pads. I used zig-zag scissors to cut out the sqaure panels.

For the background I have used a button stamp from Georginas Buttons & Stitching Stamp Set to stamp onto blue gingham paper using a dark blue ink pad. The circle sentiment is from Little Claire's Dictionary Definitions stamp set.  I added button and ribbon before attaching all the panels to the card blank. To finish  faux stitching using a stamp from Georginas Buttons & Stitching Stamp Set.

For my second card I used a girlie pink colour scheme. I again coloured the stamped Family Ted image with ProMarkers. For the lettering I used Little Claire's Daisy Dot Alphabet & Numbers Stamp Set.

Wedding card

This is the second Wedding card I have made using the lovely Secret Garden stamp set by Stampin' Up. I am entering this card into Lisa B Design monthly blog challenge. The theme is Weddings.

I begun by using the pretty Delicate Designs scalloped edge embossing folder again from Stampin' Up to emboss the side pattern. I stamped the sentiment using a dark blue ink pad.

I stamped the flowers into light silver pearlescent card again with the dark blue ink pad. I used the matching dies to cut out the flowers. I stamped the leaves with a dark green ink pad and again used the dies to cut them out. I attached the flowers to the card. I stamped some of the flowers again and cut out sections which I added with foam pads. To finish I added blue Dimension Pearls to the centres of the flowers.

Wedding Day

This is a Wedding card which I'm entering in Lisa B. Design monthly blog challenge. The theme is Weddings. I have already entered once this month but I have just made a couple of wedding cards for a friend so I thought I would enter this too.

The flower stamp I used is Secret Garden  and the scalloped edge embossing folder is Delicate Designs both from Stampin'Up. I also used the matching Framelit Dies to cut out the flowers.

The flower were either stamped with a RichRazzleberry ink pad or heat embossed with WOW Embossing Powders. The green leaves were also heat embossed with WOW Embossing Powders.

I used the embossing folder to add the pretty lace effect across the top and bottom of the card. I punched holes and added ribbon before adding the flowers to the card. The sentiment was also stamped the Rich Razzleberry ink pad. To finish I added a bow and gold Dimension Pearls to the centre of the flowers.

Love canvas

This is my project for the The Artistic Stamper April Blog challenge. The theme of the challenge is Texture. So I have used stamps and masks to create a textured look on the canvas and leaves. I have added lace and a bottle top for additional textures.

To start I decorate the canvas. I used Bundled Sage Distress Paints to colour the canvas.

I used a Crafters Workshop Microbial 6 x 6 mask and Forest Moss Distress ink pad to add the spotty pattern to the canvas. Lastly I stamped the C75 Lace stamp by The Artistic Stamper around the edges with a Walnut Stain Distress ink pad.

To make the flowers and leaves I used The Artistic Stamper's Flower Power stamp set. I stamped the outlines onto patterned paper and dark green card.  I used my Meltpot to cover the items in melted UTEE. I also used the UTEE to fill the bottle tops.

A close-up of the flowers. I also added Creative Expressions Gilding Wax to the edges of the flowers.

I used The Artistic Stamper Mini Polka Dot Background stamp to impress a dotty texture into the leaves. I again added Gilding Wax.

A attached a strip of pretty lace across the canvas. I used the love stamp from the Journaling Words #1 stamp set. To finish I added pearls to the centre of the small flowers and in the corners.

Two by Two

This is a baby boy card I have made using a lovely stamp from Stampin' Up. The stamp is called 'Two by Two'. It's such a lovely image that I just had to have the stamp.

I stamped the image with a Tuxedo Black ink pad and coloured it in with ProMarkers and Copics. I used a Spellbinders Labels dies to cut out the image and the frames.

I covered a square card blank with panels of dark blue card, gingham and spotty papers. I used my Cricut to cut of the lettering. I added the lettering and image to the card. I added spots blue Dimensions Pearls to the corners. To finish I added faux stitching.

Wedding Bells

This is a Wedding card I have made with I'm entering into this month Lisa B Designs blog challenge. The theme is Weddings.

The stamp I used was Fizzy Moon's 'Wedding Bells'. I stamped the image with a Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad onto smooth white card. I coloured the stamped image with ProMarkers. I also stamped the sentiment using a stamp from Sugar and Spice Crafts below the coloured image. I cut out the image and attached it to a panel of silver card.

For the background I cut squares of silver coloured and pale pink paper I attached these together. Along the edge I added a strip of ribbon before adding the square to the card blank. Little Claire's April Stamp Club

A new month so a new Stamp Club set from Little Claire. The April Stamp Club set is called The Smile I bring.

These are two cards I have made with the stamp set. I used ProMarkers to colour the stamped images.

For my first card I stamped the birdhouse image onto a circle of smooth white card. I mounted this onto diecut circles of pink and dark pink card.

I used the flower stamps from the Club set to create the background flower pattern. I coloured the panels before mounting them onto pink card and then onto the card blank. I cut a panel from the from of a square card and punched the edge to form the card blank.

I attached the main image circle to the card with foam pads. To finish I stamped the sentiment inside the card and add Stickles to the flowers.

For my second card I used the cat and butterflies images. I stamped the main cat image first and then added additional butterflies.

I stamped a second cat which I cut out and added to the card with foam pads. I stamped the butterflies onto the card blank with a lilac ink pad to form a background pattern. To finish I added a lilac pearl and Dimension Pearls.
