It's still 'Ever so lovely'.

This is my second card using the new Ever so lovely stamp by Little Claire. You may have seen my card featured on Little Claire's blog post today along with other cards by my fellow DT members.

I begun by stamping the image with a black Memento ink pad. I coloured in the image with ProMarkers. I cut out the image and pink frame with Nestabilities. I added faux stitching around the edges of the frames. I used a Woodware punch to punch out light and dark pink flowers. I attached these around the edge and added a pink gem to the centre. I also added pink card Candi with foam pads.

I cut the bottom off a square card blank. I added thick acetate with red tape to the area of the card I had just cut off. On the top section of the card I added a panel of spotty paper. I punched a strip of pink card with my deep Martha Stewart flower edge punch. Across the strip I added a strip of red tape. Onto this I added Rose Red Seam Binding tape by Stampin' Up which I added in small loops. I then added this to the front of the card.

I stamped a Red Gingham Designs Circle Sentiment with Rose Red ink pad. I cut this out using Nestabilities Lacey Circles cutting die. I added this to the front of the card. I added a little diamond Stickles to the sentiment. Inside the card I added panels of pink and spotty paper. Inside the card I added strips of pink card to cover the layers of tape.
