Sir Stampalot June challenge

This is my card for Sir Stampalot June's blog challenge, http://sirstampalotchallenge.blogspot.com/

The theme of this months challenge is 'Punch it'. So you have to used punches as part of your card. I used three punches on my card - Martha Stewart flower corner punch, Martha Stewart flower edge punch and Stampin' Up Scallopped Circle punch.

The fairy is Lili of the Valley 'Fairy on tiptoe' stamp. She was stamped with Memento ink pad and coloured in with ProMarkers. To add highlights I used diamond Stickles and gold Sakura pen. I used a square Nestabilities to cut out the fairy image and also the smaller purple frame. I used the flower only part of the Martha Stewart flower corner punch to punch the corners. I used purple heart brads to attached the two squares together.

I used a square card blank for the card. The main background design was stamped using the flower outline stamp from the Stampin' Up 'Simply said' stamp set. Onto this I attached a large lilac square panel. The corners and edges of this panel was punched using Martha Stewart flower corner and edge punches. The greeting is by Craftwork Cards.

The flowers were made using three different shades of lilac card. I punches two circles of each colour. I spritzed the circles with water and the screwed them up. I unscrewed the circles and layered the circles up. The layers were kept together using a brad. I formed the layers into a flower shape.
