More new stamps from Little Claire

Today Little Claire are launching the final two new stamps for this week. The stamps are Tulip Cat and Horse. These are some cards I have made with the new stamps.

For my first card I used the new Tulip Cat stamp (right) along with the new Girl Cat (left) and Little Doggies (centre) stamps were launched this week by Little Claire too.

I stamped the Doggies image first and then masked it off before stamping the Tulip Cat and Girl Cat stamps. I used ProMarkers to stamp the images.

For my next two cards I used the new Horse stamp. Both cards were coloured with ProMarkers.

For the first Horse card I also used Georgina's Rosette stamps for the sentiment and Save the Date! stamp set for the number 21, which are both available from Little Claire. I thought the rosette stamp set was ideal choice to go with the horse card.

For my second card I used a different colour scheme of pink and brown. I used Georginas buttons and stitching stamp set from Little Claire for the stitching. To finish I added some buttons.

I also punch a strip of lilac card which I added to the card blank. The sentiment stamp is also by Little Claire. I added Cosmic Shimmer PVA glues to the centre of the butterflies and flowers. And Stickles to the butterflies. To finish I added faux stitching and pearls.

For my second card I stamped the Butterfly Blossom stamp with a dark blue ink all over a card blank. I also stamped and coloured additions butterflies which I cut out and attached the the card blank. I added Stickles to the finish.

ATCs

These are two ATCs I have made for the Craftwork Cards ATC swap. I hadn't made ATCs before but I like to trying something new and I'm so glad I did. I really enjoyed making the ATCs. I like their small size. For both cards I used Craftwork Cards Kraft card as the base.

My first card I called 'Flowers in a frame'.

The black frame is from Craftwork Cards Fabulous frames pad. I stamped the flower heads and leaves using the Build a Bloom Candi stamps. I stamped a butterfly using the Butterflies and Blooms stamp set. I attached this to the card and added Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue for the body. To finish I added Candi which I glittered.

My second card I called 'Patchwork bird house'.

I used Craftwork Cards Pretty Little Patterns papers for this ATC. To create the shapes I used a Birds 'n' Trees template. To finish I added faux stitching with a black fineliner.

For more details and to see other ATCs in the swap pop over to yesterday's Craftwork Cards blog post.

Daisies

This is a card I have made using the new Foam Mounted Daisies stamp from Hobby Art.

To start I cut a piece of smooth white card. I stamped the centre daisy image first using a Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad. I also stamped the design onto a post-it note and cut out the flowers and leaves to create a mask. I places these over the first stamped image and then stamped the daisy design on each side. I coloured the stamped image with Copics and ProMarkers. I mounted the coloured image onto dark green card. I had punched rounded corners on the bottom corners of both piece of card.

I cut a strip of dark green card and punched one long edge with a Stampin' Up Eyelet punch before adding it across the coloure image.

The sentiment is a stamp from the Scene-it Sentiments Stamp Set also by Hobby Art. I cut out the sentiment and frame with Nestabilities. I punched holes at the sides and threaded through ribbon. I also added this to the coloured image before attaching to the scalopped edge card blank from Craftwork Cards. I stamped and coloured two daisy flower heads which I cut out and added to the card. To finish I added white and black faux stitching.

Love, hearts and roses

I am entering my card into two challenges:
The Artistic Stamper blog challenge - the theme is Hearts and Flowers
Lisa B. Designs blog challenge -  the theme is Love.

I started by decorating a white scalloped edge card from Craftwork Cards. I used the large rose stamp from the lovely Botanical 3 stamp set from The Artistic Stamper. I used a pink ink pad and green maker pen to colour the stamp before stamping it all-over the card blank. I stamped the script stamp over the top using a light brown ink pad. The script stamp I used was Calligraphic Mat 11 also by The Artistic Stamper. I distressed the edges with a brending tool and pink ink pads.

I die cut a white hearts and a pink heart frame using X-Cut heart dies.  I used the love stamp from The Artistic Stamper's Journaling Words #1 stamp set for the sentiment. I added the pink frame to the white heart with foam pads. I stamped the a large rose and smaller roses, both stamps are from Botanical 3 stamp. I first stamped them in green ink and then again seperatly in pink ink. I cut out the pink roses (not including the leaves) and attached them onto the green stamped rose and leaf.

I attached the heart to the card blank and then attached the roses, either directly to the heart or with foam pads.

To finish the card I added white faux stitching, a white ribbon bow and faux pearls.

Little Claire's February Stamp Club

The first of the month again so it's the launch of the next Stamp Club set from Little Claire. This months set is Hearts and Flowers.

It contains a lovely selection of stamps, which include a border of flowers and hearts, a hearts and flowers tree, lavender planter, a little hedgehog and three individual greetings.

These are two cards I have made using the stamp set.

For my first card I used the strip stamp to create a square border on a square of white card. I stamped the hedgehog and coloured this and the border with ProMarkers. I stamped the sentiment below the hedgehog. I cut this out and the circle frames with Nestabilities. I added the stamped square onto the a square of brown card before adding to am kraft card blank. I attached the hedgehog and frames with foam pads.

For my second card I used two panels from a Little Claire's green tag card for the card blank. I stamped the tree and sentiment with a black Memento ink pad and coloured the tree with ProMarkers. I cut out the tree image and mounted it onto a panel of green card before adding to the tag card. To finish I added ribbon, a black faux pearl and faux stitching.
