Owlgate - part two

These are two more cards made using October Stamp Club stamps. My first card is also one of October's project cards. So if you are part of the Club then keep a look out for my card and instruction on how to make it.

For this card I stamped the Owlgate image. I used ProMarker to coloured in one of the owls. I added flock to the white sections of the Santa hat. I cut out the owl and he was mounted on a circle and scalloped circle of card. These were cut out using Nestabilities.

I cover the bottom section of a card blank with green card. I stamped the greeting onto this with Stampin' Up white craft ink. The owl panel was added with foam pads. To finish the card I added dots with a white Sakura pen and a red fineliner.

For my second card I wanted to try a different colour scheme then expected. I chose to use pinks, purple and silver. I coloured in the image with ProMarkers. This was mounted on a pink and then a silver square scalloped frame. There were cut with Nestabilities.

I cut a large panel of pink card for the main background. Onto this I added a panel of snowflake patterned paper. I attached the image panel with coloured brads. The snowflakes were cut using my Cricut. I used the same greeting stamp for this card too. It was mounted onto a panel if silver card and then attached to the card.
