Christmas and kraft

This is my card for this week's Simply Stamping blog challenge.

I begun by stamping the main image with a Stampin' Up Chocolate Chip ink pad. The stamp I used was 'Dasher' by Stampin' Up. I mounted him onto panels of red and brown card. The scalloped edge was punched the a Scalloped Stampin' Up punch.

For the background panel I used the snowflake stamp from Stampin' Up 'Season of Joy' stamp set. I stamped the snowflake in Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip and Cherry Cobbler ink pad onto white and Kraft card. I mounted the layers onto a square card blank. I stamped the greeting in Chocolate Chip. The stamp is from the 'Contempo Christmas' set. To finish the card I added faux stitching and various colours of Stickles.
