A birthday wish
This is my card for the last Lili of the Valley blog challenge. The theme is pink, white and silver.
The stamp I used is Little Dot 'Birthday Wish'. I bought this stamp with the £10 voucher I won a couple of weeks ago on the blog challenge, so I thought it was an ideal opportunity to give the stamp it's first use.
I begun my stamping the image and I coloured it in with ProMarkers. I added highlights with a silver gel pen and silver Stickles. I cut around the image and mounted it with foam pads onto circles cut with Circle and Lacey Circles Nestabilities. I also stamped and attached an extra tag to the gift. I added small dots around the edge with Sakura pink glitter pen.
I cut a panel of pink patterned paper for the background. Across the top corner I added ribbon before adding it to a scalloped card blank. I cut various flower shapes with my Cuttlebug Flower dies. I coloured some of the flowers with ProMarkers. I added the flower to the card and then the main image. I stamped the greeting with a dark pink ink pad. I mounted this onto panels of pink and silver card. I added silver Card Candi to the centre of the large flowers. I finish I added a bow, faux stitching and pink Stickles to the centre of the small flowers.
