Little Claire April Stamp Club

These are two cards I have made using Little Claire's April Stamp Club set. The set is called 'A right time'.

For the first card I used the owl and wording stamps from the set. I stamped the owl image onto smooth white card with a black Memento ink pad. I coloured in the image with ProMarkers. I added highlights with Stickles.

I cut a navy circle using Lacy Circles Nestabilities. I attached the owls, moon and starts onto the circle. I cut a navy blue circle of card for the main background. Onto this I added panels of light blue and patterned paper. I also added the stamped greeting from the set. I added faux stitch around the edge of the panels. I added a flower and heart to the corners of the card. These were finished with glossy accents as was the heart of the baby owl.

For the second card I wanted to try and different style and how the flower stamp could be used by itself.

I stamped a flower pattern in each corner of a square of smooth white card. I also stamped the image four time again on a separate piece of white card. I coloured all the flowers in with ProMarkes. I added green Stickles to the leaves. I added the flower panel onto a piece of dark red card. I added strip of ribbon across each corner. This was then added to a square card blank.

I cut out the four individual flowers and added them tot he card with foam pads. I cut out the birthday greeting using my Cricut. To finish the card I added a bow and faux stitching.
