Passion for ProMarkers - week 95 challenge

This is my card for this week's Passion for ProMarkers blog challenge. The theme of the challenge was 'make your own embellishments'. I made the three small and large buttons for the card.

I begun by stamping the main image with a black Memento ink pad. The stamp set I used was 'Sweet Summer' by Stampin' Up. I coloured the image in with ProMarkers. I added the flower heads with foam pads.

I mounted the image onto a panel of burgundy card. I added this to Kraft card blank. I added a strip of pink card to the card. I made the buttons from four layers Stampin' Up Kraft card. I used Nestabilities and a small circle punch to punch out the circles. I punched small holes for the ribbon to be threaded through. I added a top coat of Glossy Accents to each button.

I threaded ribbon through the button holes and added them to the card. I stamped the greeting with a Stampin' Up Rich Razzleberry ink pad. The greeting is by Little Claire's. To finish I added faux stitching.
