Passion for ProMarkers - week 54 challenge

The theme of the challenge is 'books'.I decided to make a mini book for the front of the card. I made the pages from rectangles of parchment paper. On one of the rectangles I stamped Sherwood Edwin from Magnolia's Fairy Tale Collection. The words were by Magnolia as well. Both these stampers were from the Magnolia Club Spring set. I stamped them with a Memento ink pad.



I also stamped Edwin on white smooth paper and coloured him in with ProMarkers. I cut him out and attached him to the parchment page with double sided tape and a Quickie glue pen.



To make the book I cut out rectangles of brown card for the book's cover. I stuck two of the rectangles to the brown card to form the first left and right pages. The right hand side pages after this I attached to the centre of the 'book' first and then curved the pages up before attaching it to the left hand side with double sided tape.



The bookmark was cut using my Cricut. I used a screw punch to drill and small hole which I then attached a tassel through. I drew stitching with gold Sakura pen. The birthday greeting was a peel-off.

I chose to used a green and gold paper for the background as it complimented the books' colours.
