Craftwork Cards - sketch 3 challenge

Firstly I'd just like to welcome by new followers. It's very nice to know people are reading my blog. I hope you like my cards.

This card is for Craftwork Cards sketch 3 challenge.

I used Craftwork Cards 'Sugared Almonds' range of patterned papers for this card. I began by cutting a large square of Kraft card from Stampin' Up for the background. I then cut three rectangles of spotty mint paper.

Before attaching the rectangles to the Kraft square I attached a strip of brown ribbon around one of the rectangles. I also tied a bow with from the same ribbon. I inked the edges of the rectangles with a VersaMagic gingerbread ink pad. I added the rectangles to the Kraft square with double sided tape. I added stitching with a black fineliner. I attached the bow with PVA glue.

I made the flowers using Craftwork Cards petal template. I used pink and green papers from the 'Sugared Almonds' range. I inked the edges again and added the stitches. I used light brown card candy for the centre of the flowers.

To finish I added two light brown card candy and a greeting all by Craftwork Cards.
