Camellia

This is a 90th birthday card I've made using the Camellia & Border set of stamps by Little Claire Designs

I chose to use a scalloped edge DL card. Onto this I stamped the Camellia design with a VersaColor rose ink pad for the background design. I stamped the Border design four times with a Memento ink pad. I coloured in the flowers with ProMarkers.

I used three pinks for the flowers - Baby Pink, Cocktail Pink and Antique Pink. I used Baby Pink as a base colour. I them added Cocktail Pink and Antique Pink. I used Cocktail Pink to blend this colour and Antique Pink together. I added gold Stickles to the centres.

I printed out the greeting and attached it to a panel of green card. I added a strip of ribbon and a bow.

I cut two of the borders out completely. I them cut just the flowers from the other two. I added these to the card with foam pads.
