I am sailing, I am sailing...

I received some very exciting post yesterday. It was the Summer Stamp Club set from Magnolia! It's a lovely range of stamps with a nautical theme. I just had to make a card. So this is my first card using the set of stamps. All the images are from the set.

I'm also entering this card for Clare's Weekly Challenge of the DoCrafts website. This weeks challenge is a sketch.

All the images were stamped with a Memento ink pad and coloured in with ProMarkers. Around the edge of all the image I added a distresses look using a VersaFine sepia ink pad and a sponge dauber from Stamping' Up.

The circle image, the image frame and the Kraft coloured circle were cut out using Nestabilities. I added Glossy Accents to the screw heads to add dimension. I also added Glossy Accents to the torch and buttons of Sailor Edwin. The greeting is by Little Claire Designs. The scroll was attached with foam pads.

The cloud pattern paper is from Craftwork Cards 'Little Boy Blue' paper pack. The Kraft card I used for the background panel is by Stampin' Up. The seashells were stamped with the sepia VersaFine ink pad and attached with foam pads.
